As one of the most environmentally sustainable hotels in the U.S., the Hotel at Oberlin has a strong commitment to the environment. Using locally sourced materials and thoughtful, provocative design, the hotel is a celebration of Oberlin’s rich history and progressive vision toward the future. And now they’ve partnered with Common Ground Canopy Tours, a local non-profit organization offering kids and adults alike unique opportunities to reconnect with the natural surroundings of Oberlin.

The Zip, Sip, and Stay Package

Enjoy an overnight stay for two in one of the Hotel’s modern guest rooms, an exhilarating trip through the treetops at Common Ground Canopy Tours, and a bottle of locally sourced wine. The Canopy Tours feature a variety of fast zip lines, aerial bridges, stairways, and soaring platforms suspended high in the trees. Available for Wednesday through Saturday evening stays now through October 31st, the package also includes two souvenir t-shirts.

The Canopy Tours are located on 21 beautiful acres in the heart of the Vermilion River Valley just outside downtown Oberlin. Common Ground offers workshops, group sessions, and kids camps centered around personal and environmental awareness.
