Executive Chef Jacob Leatherman has been at the helm of the kitchen at Triple Creek Ranch since 2005. Every day brings a new menu, showcasing distinctive flavors and imaginative presentation. While Triple Creek is famed for equestrian pursuits and fly fishing, the meals at the ranch are the highlight for many visitors.

A sample dinner menu could start with Hungarian green bean soup or Kanpachi poke, a salami and fern pasta salad, followed by an entree such as Seared Sage and Mustard Pheasant or Pan-roasted Hawaiian Sea Bass or Sautéed Brown Butter Beef Ribeye. For dessert, Chef Jake prepares Tiramisu 2.0, a Fresh Berry Crisp or a Cheese Plate.

All meals, including snacks and packed lunches, are included in the nightly cabin rate. The Sommelier will be pleased to recommend a wine pairing from our complimentary selection of house wines, or guests can a purchase from our award-winning cellar of premium vintages.

Meals are served in the vaulted-ceiling Dining Room, or guests may request a Cabin delivery at no additional cost. The dress code is best described as “ranch casual.” Guests are invited to wear whatever feels most comfortable, whether it be jeans and boots, shorts and flip flops, or the finer Western wear.
